A. MARITA MASON, of Newtown, New Brunswick, passed away at her residence, on July 5, 2002. Born in Sussex, New Brunswick on November 28, 1936, she was the daughter of the late James Gilbert and Frances (Whalen) Branscombe. Marita is survived by her beloved husband Warren, her daughters, Jennie Mason of Sussex; Karen and her husband Stephen Kirk of Gorham, Maine, Brenda Norton and her husband Chris of Nictaux Falls, NS, sons, Andrew and his wife Jodey of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Adam and Dawn of Calgary, Alberta, Brothers, Murray and his wife June of Toronto; Gilbert and his wife Alice of Sussex Corner; Thomas Hanley and his wife Carol Ann of Fredericton; Partick Hanley and his wife Moria of New Zealand, sisters, Edna Mikolas and her husband Steve of Lethbridge, Alberta; Doris Branscombe of Montreal; Serena Renner and her husband Paul of Sussex Corner; Glenna Hanley of Edmonton, Alberta, her sister-in-law, Jean Branscombe of Fredericton, 8 Grandchildren, Wesley, Jennie-Lee, Alexander, Megan, Aidin, Jared, Chantal and Cameron, several nieces and nephews. A. MARITA MASON Marita was predeceased by her brother Ward Branscombe and her step-father, Thomas Hanley. One of Marita's greatest pleasures was spending time with her Husband, Children and Grandchildren who were dear to her. She was a member of the Newtown United Church. She enjoyed quilting and bingo. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), where the family will be receiving relatives and friends on Monday 2-4, 7-9. The funeral Service will be held from Wallace Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, July 9, 2002 at 1:00 pm, with Rev. Fisher officiating. Interment at Newtown Baptist Cemetery.
