Mrs. Marion Jessie Dwyer of McLean St. Sussex, NB passed away at Sussex Health Centre on November 7, 2001. Born in New Glasgow, NS on November 8, 1917, she was the daughter of the late William and Susan (Gregg) Kearns. Marion was the beloved wife of the late Andrew Reid Dwyer who passed 1983. She is survived by her son Bill and his wife Melda Salisbury, and by her daughter Andrea of Sussex, 2 Grandchildren Erin King and her husband Tim of Hampton Natalie Dwyer of Halifax, 2 great Grandsons Sam and Jacob King 2 special nieces Joan Sommerville of St. Catherines Ont. and Barb Simpson of Montreal, Que. Several nieces and nephews Marion is the last surviving member of her immediate family she is predeceased by 2 brothers Frank and William, and by 3 sisters Dorothy, Katie, Grace. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), where the family will be receiving relatives and friends o n Friday 2-4, 7-9. Marion was a member of the Pythian Sisters Prince Edward Temple #22 Sussex and St. Paul's United Church where the Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, November 10, 2001 at 2:00 pm, with Rev. Warren Vollmer officiating. There will also be visitation with the family at Porter's Funeral Home, New Glasgow, (902)752-4122 on Sunday 2-4,7-9 Interment will be in Lorne Street Cemetery, New Glasgow, Donations made to Cancer Society or to the memorial of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
