MRS. VIOLA MAE FARRAHER, of Scenic View Special Care Home, Apohaqui, NB passed away at her residence on August 28, 2001. Born in Poodiac NB on July 17, 1905, she was the daughter of the late Levi and Ida Alberta (Storey) Floyd. She was the beloved wife of the late Russell Alfred Farraher. Viola is survived by her sister, Pauline Thibodeau of Sussex her brother, Frank Floyd and his wife Annie of Apohaqui several nieces and nephews. Viola was predeceased by her brothers, Sterling, Warren, Stanley, Gordon and her sisters, Pluma, Edith, Gerna, Cora, Marion. Viola was a retired registered nurse and a member of St. Paul's United Church. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), the family will be receiving relatives and friends on Thursday 7-9, Friday 7-9 at Wallace Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held from St. Paul's United Church on Saturday, September 1, 2001 at 2:00 p.m., with Rev. Bob Hussey officiating. Interment at Riverbank Cemetery. Donations made to St. Paul's United Church or to the memorial of the donors choice would be appreciated by the family.
