Mrs. Margaret A. Burns, of Birch Haven Special Care Home and formerly of Brookview Trailer Park, Sussex Corner, N.B. passed away at Sussex Health Centre on September 26, 2000. born in Pearsonville New Brunswick on January 19, 1919, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Bessie (Long) Sprague. She was the beloved wife of the late Rev. James Burns who passed away in 1987. Margaret is survived by her daughter - Mary and husband Kevin Dryden of Brampton, Ontario; 2 sons; Robert of Norton and Richard and wife Donna of Caledonia. Ont., 2 sisters; Emma Spragg of Saint John, and Helen Thorne of Picadilly, 7 Grandchildren, Penny, Patrick, Dean, Christian, Candace, Timothy and David and Great Grandson Christopher as well as by several nieces and nephews. Margaret was predeceased by her daughter Janet Sadler and by 5 brothers Richard, Ralph, Ronald, Harold, Gordon and by a sister Grace.
