Mary McShane was born in Sussex on September 13, 1904, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary Ellen (McCarty) Finnigan and was the wife of the late Frank McShane. Mary was a member of the St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church and also a member of the CWL. Mrs. Mary Stella McShane of Sussex, NB, passed away at the Kiwanis Nursing Home on March 14, 2000 at the age of 95. Mary will be remembered her daughter; Mary and her husband Gregory Cohoon of Moncton, NB; one son; F. Willard and his wife Shirley McShane of Sussex Corner, NB; seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; also by several nieces and nephews. Mary was predeceased by her brothers; John Finnigan and Alfred Finnigan.. The family will receive relatives and friends at Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176) on Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A service celebrating Mary Stella's life will be held from St. Francis Xavier on Thursday, March 16, 2000 at 11:00 am. The interment will take place at Wards Creek Cemetery. www.wallacefuneralhome.com
