Obituary of Fred Radcliffe
Fred Radcliffe was born in Sussex on February 14, 1913, he was the
son of the late Fred E. Radcliffe and Emma (Friars) and was the husband of the late Rena (Norrad) Radcliffe.
Fred was a well known painter in the Sussex and surrounding area. Fred and two of his brothers were members of The Sussex Rover Hockey Team; they were Maritime Intermediate champions in 1937-1938. He was a former member of the Sussex Fire Dept.
Mr. Fred Charles Radcliffe of Sussex, NB, passed away at the Kiwanis Nursing Home, on January 25, 2000 at the age of 86. Fred will be remembered by two grandchildren; Brian and Stephen; two great grandchildren; also by several nieces and nephews, two sisters-in-law; Blanche Radcliffe of Moncton and Lillian Radcliffe of Sussex.
Fred was the last surviving member of his immediate family. He was predeceased by his son Carl in 1960, four brothers; Percy, Harold, Malcolm, Kenneth, five sisters; Marguerite, Viola, Mildred, Winnifred and Burness.

The family will receive relatives and friends at Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176) on Thursday 7-9 pm.
A service celebrating Fred Charles's life will be held from Wallace Memorial Chapel on Friday, January 28, 2000 at 2:00 pm. The interment will take place at Kirk Hill Cemetery.
