Geraldine Doney was born in Mars Hill on November 28, 1910, she was the daughter of the late Almon and Maude (Shaw) Corey and was the wife of the late Harry Doney. Mrs. Geraldine Farrar Doney of Hampton, passed away at the Marysview Special Care Home on August 18, 1999 at the age of 88. Geraldine will remembered by her sister, Bessie "Viva" Bonge of Seattle, Washington; a sister-in-law, Audrey Merritt of Saint John, also by several nieces and nephews. Geraldine was predeceased by a brother Lincoln and a sister, Doris Gee. . The family will receive relatives and friends at Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176) on Friday 7-9 pm . A service celebrating Geraldine's life will be held from Wallace Memorial Chapel on Saturday, August 21, 1999 at 4:00 pm.
