Mary MacNeil was born in Inverness on May 30, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Hughie Moran and Katie Bell (MacDonell) Moran and is the wife of Lauchie MacNeil. Mrs. Mary Catherine MacNeil of Roachville, passed away at her residence on July 17, 1999 at the age of 53. Mary will be remembered by her daughter; Valerie Sharp and her husband Stephen of Roachville; two brothers; John Moran and his wife Joan of Sudbury, Ontario, Angus Moran of Mabou, Nova Scotia; two sisters; Mabel Mottau and her husband Robert of Avon, Massachusetts, Jenny Beaton and her husband Douglas of Mississauga, Ontario; Special grand mom of Natalie and Kyle; and also several nieces and nephews. The family will receive relatives and friends at Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176) on Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 pm.
