Roberta Munroe was born in Montreal on January 27, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Robert J. Moore and Florence (Pelly) Moore and was the wife of Gene M. Munroe. Bobbie was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church and was also a former Beaver Leader. She was a Registered Nurse and the Unit Manager of the Emergency Department of the Sussex Health Centre and was active in the New Brunswick Nursing Association. Mrs. Roberta (Bobbie) Joan Munroe of Wards Creek, passed away at the Sussex Health Centre on April 13, 1999 at the age of 54. Bobbie will be remembered by her husband; Gene; her daughter; Sue and her son; Jeff, both at home. The family will receive relatives and friends at Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176) on Thursday 7-9pm, Friday 2-4 & 7-9pm. A service celebrating Bobbie's life will be held from St. Francis Xavier on Saturday, April 17, 1999 at 11:00 am.
