Obituary of Frank Howes
Frank Howes was born in Lakeview, Queens Co. on June 13, 1914, he was the son of the late Elijah and Aurilla (Chase) Howes and the husband of Maude (Thompson) Howes.
Frank was a retired School Bus Driver.
Mr. Frank Clayton Howes of Sussex Corner, passed away at the Sussex Health Centre on March 4, 1999 at the age of 84. Frank will be remembered by his wife; Maude Howes; his daughter; Kathryn Godsoe and her husband Henry of Hanford Brook, NB; two sons; Wendell and his wife Deborah of Rothesay, NB; Robert and his wife Shirley of Rothesay, NB; two step-daughters; Marion Raymond and her husband Glendon of Mill Cove, NB; Pearl Thompson of Moncton, NB; brother; Shirley and his wife Marjorie of Cambridge; four grandsons; Blake Godsoe, Scott Godsoe, Mark Howes and Christopher Howes; three granddaughters; Kimberley Perry, Traci Howes-Gilks and Tina Howes; 1one step-grandson; David; two great grandchildren; April and Ryan Perry; also by several nieces and nephews. Frank was predeceased by his first wife, Beatrice Howes who passed away in 1982.
The family will receive relatives and friends at Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176) on Friday 2-4 & 7-9 pm.
A service celebrating Frank's life will be held from St. John's United Church on Saturday, March 6, 1999 at 2:00 pm. The interment will take place at Trinity Cemetery.
