Ralph Ross was born in Cassidy Lake on October 3, 1923, he was the son of the late John and Marion (Hosford) Ross and was the husband of the late Ada (Price) Ross. Ralph was a retired Civil Servant. He served overseas in World War II. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 20, Sussex. Mr. Ralph Alexander Ross of Norton, passed away at the Sussex Health Centre on November 26, 1998 at the age of 75. Ralph will be remembered by his daughter; Jeanette Cosman and her husband Walter of Sussex; son; Gary Wayne and his wife Jo Ann of Sydney, NS; brother; Donnie of Norton; four sisters; Dora Reicker and her husband Donnie of Springfield, Irene Campbell and her husband Cyril of Norton, Mabel MacKereth of Toronto, Evelyn Gilcash and her husband Earl of BC; five grandchildren; six great grandchildren; also by several nephews and nieces. The family will receive relatives and friends at Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176) on Friday 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A service celebrating Ralph's life will be held from St. Andrews United Church on Saturday, November 28, 1998 at 11:00 am.
