Obituary of Freda Gladys Fraser-Pentland
Mrs. Freda Gladys Fraser-Pentland was born in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late Edward Sprague and Blanche (Barnett) and the wife of the late J. Douglas Pentland.
Freda will live on in the hearts of her daughters: Dorothy MacVey and her husband Don of Sussex; Lesley Armstrong and her husband Nigel of Sussex; his son, Daryl S. Fraser and his wife Lillian of Saint John his Daughter-in-law, Kathy Fraser of Woodstock; 11 Grandchildren: Murray and Lynn Fraser of Saint John, John and Yvonne Fraser of Rothesay, Margaret and David Colburn of Dartmouth, N.S., Heather and Paul Gaunce of Passekeag, Andy and Sylvia MacVey of Passekeag, Rob and Kim MacVey of Passekeag, Nancy and Bruce Huttges of St. Martins, Linda Armstrong of Saint John, Darrell and Kelly Fraser of Kentville, N.S., Dwight and Faye Fraser of Woodstock and James Fraser of Vancouver, B.C.; 18 great grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Freda Gladys Fraser-Pentland ofSussex, passed away on November 04, 1998 at the age of 98.
She was predeceased by a son, Fenwick M. Fraser who passed away in 1996; 3 brothers, Leslie, Lorne and Aubrey.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176) where visitation will be held on Friday 2-4, 7-9 .
A service celebrating Freda’s life will be held from St. Paul's United Church on Saturday, November 07, 1998 at 2:00 pm.
