Obituary of Isobel K. Chandler
Mrs. Isobel K. Chandler passed away at the Sussex Health Centre on July 22, 1998 at the age of 82. Born in Woodstock on September 22, 1915, she was the daughter of the late Ralph Perley and Elsie Blanche (King) Hartley.
Isobel was a member of St. Pauls United Church, and a former member of the Sussex Golf and Curling Club. She retired from #5 Equipment Depot in Moncton. Isobel was also one of the first women to Graduate from UNB with a Science Degree.
Isobel is survived by her husband Allington "Alec" Chandler; her two sons David and his wife Helene of Montreal, and John and his wife Joyce of Calgary; five grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Isobel was predeceased by by her son James, and her brother Robert. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

A Graveside Service will be held from Kirk Hill Cemetery on July 27, 1998 with Rev. Bob Hussey officiating.
