Obituary of Carrie M. Campbell

Carrie was born in River Herbert on February 13, 1901; she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Carrie (Kay) Negus.

Carrie will live on in the hearts of Mrs. Evelyn Gray of Moncton and Audrey Sponagle of Sussex Corner; her son, Douglas Campbell of Sussex; her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was the last surviving member of the immediate family.

She was a 65 year member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Sussex Branch #20 Ladies Auxillary.

Mrs. Carrie M. Campbell of Riverview, passed away at the Moncton Hospital on July 4, 1993 at the age of 92. She is predeceased by her husband, O. Pearson, as well as her sisters and brothers.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176) where visitation will be held on Monday, July 5 from 2-4 and 7-9pm.

A service celebrating Carrie’s life will be held from Kirk Hill Cemetery on Tuesday, July 6, 1993.
