Obituary of Holly Alfred Stevens
Mr. Holly Alfred Stevens was born on January 12, 1932 in Coles Island, he was the son of the late Thomas John and Violet Agnes (Keirstead) Stevens.
Holly was a member of the Grand Washademoak Lake Lions Club and was also a member of the Coles Island United Church. Holly enjoyed golfing with his friends, travelling with his wife Stella, admiring the outdoors and working in his shop.
Holly is survived by his wife Stella Stevens; his daughters: Connie Lee and her husband Paul of Quispamsis, NB, Penny Stevens of Coles Island and Hollee Kew and her husband Brandon of Petawawa, Ont; his sons: Donald Stevens of Coles Island, Kevin and his wife Cindy of Bagdad and Terry and his wife Nancy of Saint John; his sister, Marguerite Stilwell and her husband Bud of Chipman; his brother, James and his wife Evelyn of Coles Island; nine grandchildren, Jeremy, Benjamin, Joey, TJ, Rebecca, Courtney, RJ, Kendra, Hannah; his great grandson Zachary, several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Holly Alfred Stevens of Coles Island, passed away at the Saint John Regional Hospital on February 3, 2001 at the age of 69.
Holly was predeceased by his brothers: Archie, Monte, Cecil, Rupert Stevens and Bill Hawker and by his sisters: Wavy Connell and Betty Campbell.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176).
A service celebrating Holly's life will be held from Wallace Memorial Chapel on Monday, February 5, 2001 at 11:00 am.
