Obituary of J. Allison Prescott

Mr. J. Allison Prescott was born on January 26, 1905 in Goose Creek; he was the son of the late Joshua and Mary (Whitney) Prescott.

 J. Allison is survived by his daughters: Jean Rose and her husband Philip of Halifax and Anne Bogle and her husband Harold of Prince George, BC; his sister, Doris Goddard of Elgin; his grandchildren; his great grandchild and three nieces.

Mr. J. Allison Prescott of Penobsquis, passed away at the Sussex Health Center on November 4, 1993 at the age of 88.

Along with his parents, he is predeceased by his wife, Dorothy who passed away in 1957; his brother, George who passed away in 1962 and by his sister, Annie (Nan) who passed away in 1993.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176).

A service celebrating Mr. Prescott’s life will be held from Wallace Memorial Chapel on Saturday, November 6, 1993 with Rev. Bob Hussey officiating. The interment was in Kirk Hill Cemetery.
