Obituary of Alice Mae McEwen

Mrs. Alice Mae McEwen was born on September 23, 1906 in Urney, NB, she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Annie Mae (Teakles) Linden.

She was a retired nurse.

Alice will live on in the hearts of her daughters: Lenora Ball and her husband Nelson of Moncton and Marion Jagoe and her husband Clifford of Fredericton; her son, Lloyd and his wife Anne of Hampton; her brother, Howard Linden and his wife Marie of Mt. Middleton; seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Alice Mae McEwen of Sussex, passed away at the Sussex Health Center on November 21, 1993 at the age of 87.

She was predeceased by her husband, Wilbur McEwen who passed away in 1987; her daughter, Margaret; her sisters: Flossie and Ivy and by her brothers: Russell, Murray and Roy.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176).

A service celebrating Alice's life was held from Wallace Memorial Chapel on Sunday, November 21, 1993 at 2:00pm.
