Obituary of Margaret Viola Kyle
Mrs. Margaret Viola Kyle was born in Shepody on August 13, 1903; she was the daughter of the late George and Ellen (Buchanan) Tait.
She was a retired waitress, a member of the Church of the Ascension Anglican Church, a member of the WI and the Kings Co. Historical Society.
She will live on in the hearts of her daughters: Ruby Stockton and her husband Wellman of Hamilton, ON. Pearl Tribe of Sussex, Doris Oxton and her husband Bernard of Toronto, Jean McNevin and her husband George of Etobicoke, ON and Fran Kyle of Sussex Corner; her sons: Albert Kyle and his wife Alice of Hamilton, ON and Walter Kyle and his wife Georgia of Apohaqui; her sister, Gladys Allen of Sussex; 19 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Margaret Viola Kyle of Sussex Corner passed away at the Sussex Health Centre on May 15, 1993 at the age of 89.
Along with her parents, she is predeceased by her husband Kenneth who passed away in 1964.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176) where visitation was held.
A service celebrating Margaret’s life was held from the Church of the Ascension, Apohaqui on Tuesday, May 18, 1993 at 2:00pm. The interment took place in Church of the Ascension Cemetery.
