Dear Tara, Brian and family, I have so many fond memories of being at your house, pot of tea on the stove and Lesley at the helm. She was a pillar in her community and family, with so much love and care for others. I'm so happy that I knew her, her frankness, her laughter, her hugs. I'm so sorry for your loss and wish that I could be there with you at this time.

To Leslie's Siblings and the rest of her family - We are so sorry to hear of your loss. Many happy childhood memories took place at the Holder home when we were growing up. From starting our first Be Kind to Animals Club, going swimming at the swimming hole or just hanging out. Leslie was the leader as she was the oldest of the four of us girls. She will always be remembered in our hearts and minds. God bless you all in your time of need.
Sincerely Beth(Elizabeth Berry) & Doug O'Donnell and Shirley (Berry) Hines.

Winter's she loved to put puzzles together, Gobble Hill are the ones she liked best. May your memories bring you comfort in each coming day!

Our deepest condolences to you and your whole family. We are sorry to never had met Lesley (we would have been better off if we had!), but we feel we know her through all the stories we have heard. She was obviously a wonderful person having left the legacy of such amazing children and grandchildren. We hope that all those happy memories plus the love of so many family and friends will help you through this difficult time. Our thoughts are with you and we send you huge virtual hugs. For all members of Lesley’s family. So many memories of growing up as next door neighbours in Lower Millstream. Although I have not connected with her for a number of years those times do bring a smile to my face. My sincere condolences to you all and may your many memories carry you through this very difficult time.

Tara, Brian and family, please accept our deepest condolences. Your mum’s laughter, love of adventure, work ethic and service to community lives on in you. Lesley was a second mum to many; always setting one more place at the table if someone needed to be fed. Your mother will forever remain in our hearts and memories.

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Lesley after such a gallant fight with cancer. She truly had a will and zest for life. Having only meeting her twice we could see why she is so loved. John, we hope you have peace now for she is no longer suffering. To the children and grandchildren (step children) included we ask God's peace in the knowledge that she lived life to the fullest. May Gods' peace be with you all.
