Dear Mary Ann, George and family;
It is with fondness I remember sharing a Thanksgiving Dinner with Alice sitting beside me. She was a delightful dinner companion. It was the first time I met her, but I felt I had known her for such a long time due to the loving stories of her shared to me by Mary Ann and George. Unfortunately I could not convince her to tell me any secret tales of George that I could use to my advantage. She was loyal to her children. My prayers are with all the Erb family as you make this journey of goodbye. I once read something that has always stayed with me and I share it with all of you “Although, the earthly ties be broken the spiritual ones will live on forever”.

Dear Erb Family,
Alice was a wonderful lady that I had the pleasure to get to know quite well after Ken had passed. She was certainly a very caring and soft spoken woman and also had a very quick wit and sense of humor. I enjoyed our various drives to Saint John, the hair dresser, to go shopping or to church. She also made the best food for various pot lucks or sweets for church activities. I will miss her. Cherish your memories. Tereca

I was so sorry to see Alice had passed away when I read the paper this AM. I was a member of Royal Chapter IODE with her for several years and attending the meetings with her and the other ladies and then after it disbanded, driving to Sussex or St. Martins for a special get-together with the few of us remaining was always something I looked forward to. The last few times we did this, she was unable to attend. I missed, Alice when she was not there. My prayers are with the family at this time and I will continue to have pleasant memories of those meetings and times I had with Alice.
