SUZY ALLEN posted a condolence

With hearing of the passing of my beloved Aunt Peggy, I was so heart stricken to hear this very sad news. My Father Gordon was a big brother to his sister Peg, and they shared many a good laugh and truly enjoyed each others company. Even though we were living in Ontario, we as our family always spent our summers on the East Coast. The joy that brought us "Allens" knowing the warm and generous welcome we would receive was always heartfelt. I love my Aunt Peggy so very much and her kindness to me was always over and abundance "that was Aunt Peggy's way". Her infectious laughter, her great big smile, her love of her son and the joy and comfort of her loving grandchildren was very important to her. Even though we haven't crossed paths for years, we certainly exchanged Christmas Cards every year, so we were able to catch up in each of our lives. Oh how I looked forward in receiving her cards and notes.
So my darling Aunt Peg, dance on the clouds, give heck to those you have reconnected in heaven and know that the love I have for you will only grow and grow. Your loving niece, Suzy Allen, Toronto, Ontario

We wish to extend our sincere condolences to Alan and Peggy’s entire family (she loved her family)
Peggy always had a huge hug when I seen her, (she was an amazing hugger). I never knew when or where I would run into her, however I always knew I would have one of her hugs.
Our wish is that your memories, that may be bringing tears to your eyes today, become your source of comfort in the days, weeks and months ahead. Peggy will always be with you, she may appear as a butterfly flitting through the flowers, a humming bird at the feeder, a rain drop softly falling against the window or a rainbow shining. Her love will always be with you. May God bless each of you. Hugs Karen and Ian

Sending my deepest heartfelt condolences and prayers to Alan and his loving family.
I have many fond and happy memories of my dear Aunt Peggy. She was fun, kind, generous, sweet and welcoming every time we stopped by for a visit from Ontario. She always had something tasty put out and many times she’d slip me and my children a little bit of holiday cash as a surprise to spoil us!
She was fun and funny, she loved a good joke and she never passed up a chance to play cards!
She loved puttering around her property and took pride caring for her garden and her home.
Aunt Peggy was a giver and I know she went out of her way many, many times to help out my parents, especially my mom.
Blessings to all of you. May all of the precious family memories that you hold near and dear fill your hearts with peace and comfort.
Love always. Jennifer Allen-Halpin. Ottawa, Ontario
