Dearest Jack was one of my favourite IOL colleagues - we worked together on a lot of great ideas and campaigns while I was at Irving Oil but the best memory was working together (with so many other amazing volunteers) to launch the Sussex Hot Air Balloon Fiesta. I remember him catching my eye from across the room at the first pilot &crew breakfast (we were serving!) and winking. He was a man of few words but that wink and a big ear to ear grin meant he was so proud That’s exactly how I’ll remember him. What a great man we were all so blessed to know. While his light has left this life, I know he shines brighter than ever where he is now. May God grant Jack the divine peace he so richly deserves. My deepest sympathies to his family and friends

Jack and I were two Sussex boys and our friendship spans a lifetime . We are sadden but proud to have known Jack, Carol and his family We shared an interest in our community and Jack introduced me to the Sussex Jaycees and we work on many projects that benefitted our community. My condolences. It has been a long time since I last saw Jack and when I received the news yesterday it sad to hear. Jack had an excellent way with people and a wonderful friendly demeanor. I met Jack working at Irving Oil, where he was a person with an outstanding reputation. All the best to his close family and friends, he will be surely be missed and I feel blessed that my path crossed with Jack's.

My condolences to the family.
I met Jack during my time with the Balloon Festival. He representing Irving as our major sponsor for the Craft Fair, me being the organizer of the Craft Fair. We had a special friendship during this time, both being stubborn enough not to give in, and becoming great friends because of it. He was a wonderful man. Hope your memories of Jack will help you through this difficult time.
