Obituary of Mary Anderson

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Mary Ina (Green) Anderson announce her peaceful passing on June 15, 2023 at the Saint John Regional Hospital at the age of 66.  

Born in Hatfield Point, NB on March 26, 1955; she was the daughter of the late Jack and Hazel (Ricketson) Green and the wife of the late Jarvis Anderson Sr. who passed away in 2001.

Mary resided at the Church of St John and St Stephen Home in Saint John, NB. She had a passion for knitting and fishing and she loved long drives with Jarvis and Connie and chocolate sundaes. After the loss of her husband, she worked doing homecare in her home, local nursing homes and vegetable stands in and around Norton.

She is the last surviving member of her immediate family.

She will live on in the hearts of her son, Jarvis Anderson Jr. (Connie); as well as special friends: Theresa Kierstead and Reginald Douthwright all of Havelock.

Along with her parents and her loving husband, she is predeceased by her brothers: Ronald, Donald and Howard Green and by her sister, Thelma.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176). All arrangements will be held privately.
