Obituary of Michael Gordon Beck

Michael was born in Sussex, New Brunswick on September 24, 1967, the son of the late Ernest and Donna (Barton) Beck.

Michael was a quiet, gentle soul who lived a quiet, unassuming life in Sussex, NB. He worked at many jobs in his life, in the last years he earned his living as a taxi driver. 

Mr. Michael Gordon Beck of Sussex passed away at the Saint John Regional Hospital on March 3, 2024 at the age of 56.

Mike will continue to live on in the hearts of his siblings: Debbie Moss (Doug), Sandra Beck (Darren), Byron Beck (Sandra), his former spouse and friend, Lisa Fairweather, and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Michael was predeceased by his brother, Leonard Beck (2016),  his sister-in-law, Betty Beck (2022), his nephew Matthew Boyd (2021), and his nephew, Bradley Beck (1983).

Arrangements have been entrusted to Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex (506-433-1176) from where a visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, from 6:00 until 8:00 pm. A private family interment will take place at a later date.
