Obituary of Beatrice B. White

It is with saddened hearts that the family of the late Beatrice White announce her passing on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at the Sussex Health Centre in Sussex, NB. Born in Conception Bay, Newfoundland on March 23, 1938, she was a daughter of the late George and Mary (Ghaney) Foley.

Bea, will live on in the hearts of her son, Robert of Sussex; her grandchildren: Brendan (Natasha Arbeau), Travis, and Dakota; her great-grandchildren: Harper, Merritt, and Thomas; and her sister, Katherine Foley of Holyrood, NFLD. Bea is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, Bea was predeceased by her sons, Perry and Kirby; her brothers and sisters-in-law: Richard (Mae), Fred (Queen), George (Jose), and Bob; her sisters and brothers-in-law: Mary Hulan (Vern), and Ann Kenny (Peter); and the father of her children, Vincent White.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, NB (506-433-1176) from where a visitation will take place on Sunday, April 21 from 2-4 and 6-8pm. A celebration of Bea’ life will take place from St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church (114 Church Ave, Sussex, NB) on Monday, April 22 at 11:00am.
