My deepest condolences to the entire family. Gerry was such beautiful soul, she always showed me so much love everytime I seen her. Always made sure I had mustard pickles lol. She always thought of others first. Will be greatly missed.

Was watching the service, today at St. Paul's church. Remember a lot of the memories shared. Feel extra blessed that Aunt Gerry was so kind to me when I was young and needed it most. You will be missed.

I send condolences to all who loved and cared for this remarkable woman. Gerry ruled the roost at Branch 20 for many, many years. Her enthusiasm and energy made the place hum and her wonderful sense of humour and love of music endeared her to most. I curled for years and became a member of the Legion in the seventies so I could compete for Branch 20. I think that Gerry adopted me because I qualified under the wartime service of my mother in the RCAF. She proudly introduced me to others as the only member that she had welcomed because of a woman’s service. She really was pleased and we became good friends. Though I haven’t seen Gerry for years, the warmth and joy of being around her never faded. Rest in Peace, Gerry!

Many tears are flowing losing a ‘special cousin to us all’..
Gerry was an incredible lady on all levels. A very sad time especially for her beautiful children and siblings.
