That is such a beautiful tribute to Lloyd. My sincerest condolences to Carmen and family, and those who knew and loved him. He was my uncle and I loved every minute I got to spend with him. You were never bored around Lloyd. I remember when I came of age and was visiting the east coast; Lloyd took me out for a few drinks. The first place we got to, he asked me to wait in the car while he "checked it out". When he came back we drove off. I asked him what was up and he said "I guess a lifetime ban means a lifetime ban". I also remember him laughing at me when I brought home some small brook trout that were actually salmon par. I have lived far away most of my life and so I didn't get out to the east coast as much as I would have liked and didn't get enough time with him. All of the stories I have heard make it clear that although he has left us too early, he sure packed a lot of living into the time he had. Rest in peace uncle.

So sorry to hear of Lloyd's passing.
Lloyd and I were in the same class at the Sussex Corner Elementary School and we traveled on the same school bus for several years.
Lloyd always kept us laughing. Occasionally the teacher would get annoyed when she felt he was interrupting the class with his humor, but, the more she disciplined him, the more he laughed.
Our paths have not crossed since our early school years but every time I drove by Lloyd's childhood home on the New Line, I always thought of him and smiled.

Dearest Carmen and family,
We were so very grateful to meet grandmas favourite brother Lloyd just two summers ago. We had heard countless stories about Lloyds energy and antics growing up as well as his resilience and new adventures after his accident. Cole and Hannah were thrilled to get to meet their great Uncle Lloyd in person when you guys opened your home to us and loved hearing his stories and swimming in his well tended pool!!
