Mr. John Ivan Smith of 1876 Route 890 Newtown, NB, passed away on March 23, 2006 at the age of 21. Born in Sussex, NB on November 15, 1984, he is survived by; his mother, Linda (Simpson) Anderson and her husband Edward of Petitcodiac, his father, Ivan Smith and his wife Cheryl (Broome) of Newtown, his maternal grandmother, Rose Robinson of Penobsquis, his paternal grandparents; Ivan and Joyce Smith of Newtown, two brothers; Jason and his girlfriend Vicky Demont of Petitcodiac and Paul of Riverglade, three sisters; Bonnie Smith and John McLeod of Newtown, Cassandra and Amanda Anderson both of Petitcodiac, one step-sister; Missy and Brent Kerr of Sharps Hill, six step-brothers; Andrew Breau and his wife Monica of Deer Island, Ralph and Jason Johnston both of Newtown, Bruce Anderson and his wife Carrie of Hillsborough, Kevin Anderson and his wife Carla of Newfoundland and Robin Anderson of Newtown, as well as several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), with visitation on Sunday 2-4 and 7-9pm . The Funeral Service will be from Wallace Memorial Chapel on Monday, March 27, 2006 at 1:00 pm. The interment will take place at Newtown Baptist Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy donations made to the Living Memorial would be appreciated by the family.
