My deepest condolences to the Byers family in the loss of Norma Byers, whom l have had the most pleasure looking after for 8 months. Norma and l have had many good laughs and laughs to the point we were crying and bud would ask what the two of us were laughing at and of course we would harder, he would just shake his hear and walk down to his room and at that point we sure didn't know what we were laughing at.. Ours days were alway in laughter of some sore. We shared alot of common thing. I will never forget you my sweet lady with l often called her and sometime Bud would say ..hey she is my sweet lady lol. You have gained your reward you were looking for ,for so long. No more suffering or pain, you now can walk the streets of gold and see those who have gone on before you ❤️ Rest in peace my sweet lady .

So sorry to hear this. These are beautiful words about Norma. She and Bud hold a dear place in the hearts of many. I have so many memories of Norma, we have been friends for years and spent much time together. I will miss her very much but I know she has gone to a much better place with no pain or sadness.

Sincere condolences to Bud and the rest of the family. Both Bud & Norma were great Christian examples and mentors to the small group of Christian teenagers in Dalhousie, back in the 1970's. We all used to call her "mum Byers". She must be enjoying heaven to the fullest!
