To the Fairweather Family: So sorry to hear about Otty's passing, even though I haven't seen him in years, I will always remember him. When I was young, we would always go to their house when they lived in Coles Island, to visited them. RIP Otty, you will always be remembered by all who loved you, say hi to your mom for me.
