Obituary of Otty Perry Fairweather

It is with great sadness that the family of Otty Perry Fairweather announces his sudden passing, which occurred on November 23, 2023 at his residence in Sussex, NB. Born in Saint John, NB, on February 10, 1962, he was a son of Ira and the late Pauline (Perrin) Fairweather.

Otty is survived by his father, Ira Fairweather of Hammondvale, NB; his son, Christopher Fairweather; his granddaughter, Erica; his brother, Ricky Fairweather of Moncton, NB; and his sisters: Susan Garnett (Mike) of Willow Grove, NB, Faye Smith (Kim) of Quispamsis, NB, and Sheila McKinney (Rick) of Picadilly, NB . Otty is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Along with his mother, Otty was predeceased by his sisters: Linda Wilson and Debbie Henderson.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, NB (506-433-1176). A celebration of Otty’s life will take place on Saturday, December 2 at 1:00pm from the Wallace Community Chapel.
