Dorothy and family, we are deeply saddened over Phil’s passing. We were so privileged to have met in Sterling Park in Lakeland Florida over the past number of years.
We found Phil to be such a soft hearted, and caring person. It was nice to be able to pop in unannounced and visit, enjoyed many meals together too, as true Newfoundlanders would. We are so glad we made time to drop in on the way to Newfoundland last July. Then, there were all the phone calls, keeping up to date, even as late as last week. Dorothy, we will still keep in touch.
I’m sure the grief is painful because of your intense love for each other. But, you can get through it, just one day at a time. May the good Lord comfort you in the journey.
We wish we could be with you at this time.
