My heart aches. Perry and I were long-time friends and we shared an incredible bond, one that felt like brothers right from the very start.
From the moment we met, we hit it off immediately. We had so much in common. We shared so much laughter and enjoyed so many adventures.
We would spend hours and hours playing pool, cards and horseshoes. Not to mention the countless late night phone calls and "men nights". Our favorite pastime though was where we met, at Sunday morning bowling in Brampton with the “boys”. Jeff, Perry, myself and our good old buddy Fluff. What fun we had. Together Jeff and Fluff and I used to love to watch Perry’s intense competitive spirit. His passion to win was inspiring. He always pushed us to try harder, all the while reminding us that the fun we had together was what truly counted.
At the end of the day, we created so many great memories together, it really didn’t matter what the game was, we were just happy to be there, enjoying each other’s company, simply “hanging out”.
Many friends come and go but only a few remain in our hearts and minds always, Perry was one of those forever friends for me.
I miss you already brother, thank you for all the good times and great memories.
Say Hi to Fluff for us and rest in peace bud.
Sending our very sincere and deepest condolences to Annie and to Jeff
Love, Gerard Kane and Family Barrie, On.
